Q: How long does it take?
A: The time will vary depending on what you are selecting.

There are several steps involved in creating a memorial (see The Creative Process). If you select a simple, traditional memorial the designing and approval time may be less than if custom art work or a more elaborate design is involved.

The approval process will also effect the time frame. Before a memorial is actually made, an approval process should be followed to confirm all cemetery rules and regulations are met and the final art work is acceptable to the family. After the customer gives approval for the design work and the cemetery completes its approval process, then final production can be scheduled. With more custom sizes, shapes or designs, the time frame will vary. A standard stone can take a few weeks whereas a custom monument can take several months for completion.
